Suggested Heating and Cooking Instructions

HEATING INSTUCTIONS:

All prepared entrees require a pre-heated Oven at 350 degrees.

 

All  the entrees that are topped with cheese before put in the oven, we recommend to lose the cover, to not allow the melted cheese to stick to it. All the others just leave the cover on until heated.

 

Heating time is approx 30 to 40 minutes for the Half size pan and 40 to 50 minutes for the Full size pan.

 

 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

 

PORCHETTA or ROAST of PORK (Pre-heated Oven 350)

Requires approx 20 min per pound or the internal temperature reaches 155 degrees.

 

BEEF TENDERLOIN ROAST (Filet Mignon) (Pre-Heated Oven 375)

Requires approx 45 min. or the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees for rare, 150 for medium.

 

VEAL ROAST (Pre-Heated Oven 350 degrees)

Requires approx 20 min per pound or the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees.

 

PRIME RIB ROAST (BONE IN or BONE OUT) (Pre-Heated Oven 350 degrees)

Requires approx 20 min per pound or the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees for rare and 150 for medium.

 

LAMB ROAST (Leg of Lamb Roast) (Pre-Heated Oven 350 degrees)

Requires approx 20 min. per pound or internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.

 

RACK OF LAMB (Pre-Heated Oven 375)

Requires approx 40 min. or the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.

 

ALWAYS LEAVE THE ROAST COVERED WITH FOIL AND LET IT REST 

FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES OUTSIDE OF THE OVEN BEFORE CARVING.
